Terms of Use

Agreement

By using HobbyStack (“the site”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These terms apply together with our Privacy Policy.

Family use & age guidance

HobbyStack offers both adult hobby stacks and a Kids pathway (including LEGO and Minecraft). Younger users may browse kit pages and use the setup builder when a parent or legal guardian supervises their use.

We do not require an account to browse or generate setups. Features that collect personal data — such as sign-in, Brick Score accounts, waitlist signups, and Concierge enquiries — are intended for users aged 13 or over, or for use by a younger person only with a parent or guardian's permission and involvement.

If you are under 13, do not submit forms or create an account without a parent or guardian. Parents and guardians are responsible for deciding whether the site is appropriate for their children and for supervising use of the builder and any outbound merchant links.

Information only

Setup suggestions, budgets, and product picks are planning aids only. We do not guarantee availability, pricing, compatibility, or suitability. Prices and stock change on merchant sites. Always confirm details on the seller's website before buying.

Merchant checkout & affiliate links

Checkout is completed directly with each merchant, not on HobbyStack. Some links are affiliate links and may earn us a commission at no extra cost to you. We are not a party to your purchase and are not responsible for merchant fulfilment, returns, or disputes.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the site, attempt to scrape or overload our systems, or use automated tools to abuse the generate API. We may restrict access where necessary to protect the service.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HobbyStack is provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site, reliance on generated setups, or purchases made with third-party merchants — including purchases made by minors where a parent or guardian allowed access to outbound links.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

Changes

We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
